To update Alvéole with new team members or contacts, please email support@alveole.buzz with the following:
- Details of changes: who to add or remove
- Role specification: on-site person, contract manager, or billing
- Contact information: names, emails, and phone numbers
If you want to adjust MyHive access, you can do so directly by logging into your MyHive account, visiting the "Preferences" page, navigating to the "Hive Management" tab, and adding or removing contacts as needed. View How do I add or remove Myhive users.
You can also subscribe contacts to automated updates, such as Visit Reminder Emails or Buzz notifications.
