Good news! You can now book your workshops online through your MyHive account, it’s quick and easy!

Here’s how:

1. Sign in to your Alvéole account. Don’t have one? On the sign-in screen, select 'Forgot Password'.

2. In the sidebar, select your building, then click the Events tab.

3. Browse our workshop options. From beekeeping basics to more advanced topics.

4. Choose your location, the date, and time and fill in your booking details. If the event is occurring at a property without a hive, ensure you specify the exact location to guide the beekeeper appropriately.

5. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know.

Looking to organize more workshops than what’s included in your service? No problem! We’re happy to organize additional workshops at $900 each. Simply book the workshop via your account and we'll send the invoice. Each service package includes two engagement events per calendar year at no additional cost. These initial events provide impactful and enriching experiences that are part of the core service package benefits.

Please note that while additional workshops are priced at $900, prices might vary based on specific requirements or contracts. It’s advisable to request a detailed quote if planning multiple workshops. This fee includes the time and expertise of our trained educators, as well as the specialized equipment and materials required for the workshops.

Our workshops are a fun and meaningful way to bring people together, explore the world of bees and biodiversity, and spark curiosity across your community.

Each à la carte workshop is $900 and can be delivered in person or virtually, whatever works best for you and your space. This pricing applies in addition to the two engagement events already included with service packages.

Existing Alvéole clients might consider utilizing their allocated credits as an alternative to direct payment for workshops, ensuring budget efficiency. As part of their service package, existing clients are entitled to two engagement events per calendar year at no extra cost.

• Your preferred date and time (please share 3 options)

• Choose from one of our workshops

• Your name and phone number

• The location/address where the workshop will take place

• Billing information
