Our warm and friendly beekeeper will arrive about 30 minutes before the event kicks off, fully prepared to guide your guests through an engaging and educational journey into the world of bees and pollinators. To ensure our hands-on workshops, like the "Hive to Honey Jar" experience, run smoothly, we kindly ask for your assistance in providing a power outlet and water source nearby. Additionally, having a couple of tables and chairs available for your guests will enhance their comfort and participation. Once the session concludes, our beekeeper will need approximately 30 minutes to tidy up and leave the space just as we found it, ensuring a seamless and enriching event for everyone involved.
To make your event even more successful, we offer a hassle-free way to invite attendees and spread the word! Your event details and registration button will automatically appear on your MyHive page, making it easy to share the link with your community for quick sign-ups. Subscribers to your MyHive page who have opted in for event notifications will receive an invite and a registration link. Our system will handle confirmation emails and reminders as the date approaches, simplifying the process for guests to manage their RSVPs or receive updates if there are any changes. You’ll be able to track registrations in real-time, view or download the attendee list, and manage the event directly from your MyHive feed. For added visibility, download your event’s QR code from the MyHive settings—perfect for posters or invitations! Explore the Promo Kit tab on your MyHive page for customizable invite templates and event images, ideal for newsletters, social media, or lobby screens. Registration is enabled by default, but you can turn it off anytime in your event settings—whatever suits your event best.
