Easy registration, right on MyHive

Your event details and registration button appear directly on your MyHive page, making it simple for your community to find and sign up. To promote your event, simply share your MyHive link.

We’ll invite your subscribers

All page subscribers who have opted in for event notifications will automatically get an invitation with a link to your MyHive page to register.

Automatic reminders & updates

Attendees receive a confirmation email and a series of reminders leading up to the event. They can update their RSVP anytime through your MyHive page, and if you modify or cancel the event, we’ll notify them automatically.

Real-time tracking

The tool monitors capacity limits and keeps you updated with registration numbers in real time. You can view and download a list of registrants at any time on the event card in your MyHive feed.

By default, registration is turned on for every event. You can disable it anytime in Settings.

Promote your workshop

Share your MyHive page! To further enhance visibility, use the 'I'm Interested' button functionality. This feature allows attendees to easily signal interest in your event by clicking the button and entering their email addresses.

When you book an event, the details and registration button automatically appear on your public MyHive feed. To promote your event, share the link to your page and direct people there to register. You can copy your MyHive page’s URL from the top of your browser, or download your dedicated QR code in Settings.

Another easy way to share your MyHive page is by using the "Share" button located in the header banner of the event section. After clicking Share, a light box will appear where you can do the following steps:

1. Add the email addresses or names of your intended recipients.

2. Personalize the message to fit the tone or purpose of the invitation.

3. Preview and finalize the invitation.

4. Click Preview & Send to distribute your event invitations.
