How do I invite guests to my workshop?

Once a workshop is booked, it's important to make sure it's successful by inviting your property's tenants to participate. 

You can invite tenants to an event in a few quick steps:

1. From your home page, click on the "Events" button (in the "Engagement" section) on the left-hand sidebar.
2. In the Site events widget, locate the upcoming event you want to promote and click on the yellow "Invite tenants" button.
3. Manually enter, or upload a list via .csv, the email addresses of the invitees.
4. If you'd like, you can edit the pre-populated message before clicking "Preview and send".

A couple of notes about inviting guests to your workshop:

• All recipients of your invite emails will automatically be subscribed to your building's MyHive page.
• Promote your workshop further by visiting the "Boost engagement" section of your account to access your building's MyHive QR code, as well as our complementary Promo kit.
