While we can’t provide an exact delivery date until your honey has been extracted, we can guarantee that your honey will arrive before late December (guaranteed by December 21st).
Once your honey delivery date is confirmed, it will appear on the honey card on the MyHive portal.
Our harvest timeline depends on our bees and the natural pace of the season. Once the honey is ready, it’s harvested and brought to our certified central facility, where each hive’s honey is:
Extracted separately
Gently filtered and settled
Jarred and labeled
Packaged for delivery
This entire process takes several weeks, which is why honey deliveries typically happen toward the end of the year.
Can we get honey sooner?
Yes! If you’d like to receive honey earlier, for gifting, events, or special occasions, we offer additional jars from our previous year's Alvéole harvest. While this honey won’t come from your hive, it’s just as delicious and sustainably sourced.
