A hive's production depends on a variety of factors and can vary from year to year. Alvéole aims to harvest 14 kilos (30lbs) of honey from each hive, which translates into 100 jars of honey per hive, per year. We like to leave behind as much honey as we can, so that the bees can continue to benefit from all their hard work!
