How do I customize my honey jar labels?

We're thrilled to guide you through the simple and enjoyable process of creating your very own unique honey labels using your Myhive platform. 

Have an existing design from a previous year?

Here's how to approve or create a new Label

  1. Log in to your Myhive Account

  2. Go to the Honey Label section in the left-hand menu

  3. Choose:

  • Approve your existing label (for designs from past harvests)

  • Create a new design using our self-design tool – view the section below

Note: Our self-design tool isn't compatible with previous label designs made in Adobe Illustrator, so your design from last year can only be approved "as-is." If you're looking for something new or want to update your logo, create a new label and explore our collection of fresh and bee-utiful templates.

How to create a new honey label

Create your custom honey label in 3 minutes using our self-design tool!

  1. Log in to your Myhive Account
  2. Navigate to the left menu bar and select “Honey Label”.
  3. Click Create a new design
  4. In the self-design tool, click "Design Templates"
  5. Select a template (country or language-specific)
  6. Upload your logo (PNG, JPEG, or SVG)
  7. Customize colors to match your brand
  8. Replace “Your City” with your hive location
  9. Add your QR code linked to your MyHive page
  10. Modify the colors and add drawing if you like!
  11. Save your draft and click Approve on the "Your honey label" page once you're ready

🛠️ Self-design Tool Troubleshooting

  • Can’t see the menu bar in the self-design tool?
    Set your browser to full screen, Zoom out (press Control + -)

  • Can’t access the Honey Label section?
    If you see an error message (“Something went wrong”), please contact us at support@alveole.buzz.

  • Saving your draft takes a long time?
    That’s normal! Saving takes about 8–12 seconds, so please be patient.
