When you first sign a contract, your initial invoice will be issued on your contract start date. Each year after, your renewal invoice will be issued on that same date.
Invoicing Schedule:

First Year: Invoice issued on the contract date (e.g., September 1, 2025).

Following Years: Invoices issued annually on the same date (e.g., September 1, 2026; September 1, 2027).
Payment is due within 30 days.
