How do I customize my honey jar labels?

Right before harvest season, you can customize your honey jar labels using our label design tool in your Alvéole account. Here are the steps to follow from your account.

If you'd like to use last year's design again

Our design tool will automatically update your existing label with a new, current year. If there are no design changes (colour, logo, template, etc) you'd like to make, here are the steps to follow to submit your label: 

1. From your homepage ("Today"), go to the "What Needs You" section at the top of the page, then click "Review Design" on the label needing approval.
2. Review the label that is previewed under the "Your Honey Label" section at the top of the page. Approve it by click on the yellow "Approve this design".

If you'd like a new design

If last year's design needs a refresh, or if you're a new client designing a label for the first time, here is how to design your label using our design tool: 

1. From your homepage ("Today"), go to the "What Needs You" section at the top of the page, then click "Review Design" on the label needing approval.
2. Follow the instructions on-screen in the "Design your own label".
3. Once everything looks perfect, save the draft, then approve it by click on the yellow "Approve this design" button right below the label preview at the top of the page.
