Yes, you can change your honey jar label design even after the deadline. We understand that organizational changes, such as ownership transitions, management updates, or a logo refresh, may necessitate this. However, please note that we may have already printed or applied the labels to your jars.
To ensure that you are fully informed about the necessary actions regarding the deadline (including approving or refreshing your logo), we send multiple emails to both the main and on-site contacts. You haven't received them? Please email us at support@alveole.buzz.
Please note the following fees:
- Reprint Fee: If we have already printed the labels, a fee of $125 will be charged for reprinting.
- Reprint and Reapplication Fee: If the labels have been printed and applied to your honey jars, a fee of $250 will apply for reprinting, removing, and reapplying the new labels.
