How do I add or remove Myhive users

Add a user to your Myhive account

1. Log in to your MyHive account at www.alveole.buzz. Add this page to your favorites for quick access!
2. In the left menu, click on Settings.
3. At the top of the Settings page, click on the Hive Management tab.
4. Fill in the details for the new Hive Manager: email address, first name, and last name.
5. Click the Add User button to send the invitation.

You can subscribe contacts to automated updates on the homepage without granting them Hive Manager access. This includes features like visit reminder emails and Buzz notifications. For more details, read this article.

Remove a user from your Myhive account

As the main contact, you have the ability to remove a user. Follow these steps:

1. Click on the three small dots located to the right of the user's name.
2. Select "Remove this user's Authorization."

If you need to update the main contact, please contact us at support@alveole.buzz with your company name, the new main contact information: name, email, and phone number.
